SMS Policy

This SMS Policy explains how Domo Living / Livdomo (“we,” “us”) send text messages. DwellX provides software only and is not the landlord.

Who sends texts

Domo Living / Livdomo (landlord/manager). Messages may come from +1 (619) 983-0229 or +1 (336) 814-2438 via our Livdomo notifications Messaging Service.

What you may receive

• Leasing follow-ups after an inquiry or call
• Application status updates
• Appointment / tour reminders
• Resident / operational notices under this program (this program does not include marketing texts)

How to opt in

Visit the standalone page https://www.livdomo.com/sms-signup and affirmatively check the consent box (unchecked by default), then tap Subscribe to texts. Completing an application, paying, or signing a lease does not require SMS opt-in. SMS consent is not obtained by accepting website Terms of Use.

Not required for apply / lease / pay

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, including applying for or leasing an apartment.

Frequency & rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HELP / STOP / START

• HELP — help information
• STOP — cancel (immediate opt-out)
• START — re-subscribe after STOP, where supported

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use contracted service providers (such as our messaging vendor) solely to deliver the program.
