SMS Policy

This SMS Policy explains how Livdomo uses text messaging to keep you informed about your lease, applications, and property. It also describes how you can opt in or out, what types of messages you may receive, and how your data is handled.

The Livdomo SMS program ("Livdomo", "we", "us", or "our") provides text-message updates to applicants and residents about their lease and property. This SMS Policy explains how we use text messaging, how you can opt in or out, and your rights related to this program.

Livdomo may send SMS messages to U.S. phone numbers you provide in connection with your housing inquiry, application, or tenancy. These messages are limited to service and account-related notifications, which may include:

  • Lease application status and updates
  • Appointment and tour confirmations and reminders
  • Lease approvals and move-in information
  • Rent payment confirmations and important billing notices
  • Maintenance updates and property-access notifications
  • Urgent building or property-related alerts

We do not use this program for unrelated marketing messages. All messages are tied to your relationship with Livdomo as an applicant, resident, or prospective resident.

4. How You Opt In

Opt-in to the Livdomo SMS program is voluntary and only happens through our standalone SMS sign-up page at https://www.livdomo.com/sms-signup. Subscribing to SMS notifications is not required to apply for an apartment, sign a lease, pay rent, request maintenance, create an account, or use any other Livdomo service.

On the sign-up page you provide your name, email, and U.S. mobile phone number, and actively check an unchecked consent checkbox. The checkbox includes a disclosure similar to:

“I agree to receive SMS messages from DOMO Living. Lease application status, appointment reminders, rent receipts, maintenance updates, and property notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.”

If you initiate contact by texting our support number, we may respond by SMS for the limited purpose of addressing your request or question.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are located in the United States.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your lease status, application activity, and property-related events. You may receive more messages during active application, move-in, or maintenance periods, and fewer messages at other times.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to each SMS message sent or received, as provided in your mobile telephone service plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data rates. Livdomo is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

7. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of the Livdomo SMS program at any time. To stop receiving SMS messages:

  • Reply STOP to any message we send.

After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Livdomo at that number, unless you opt in again.

Our SMS program is intended for major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages may be limited by your carrier’s coverage and network conditions, and Livdomo is also not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery.

10. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. Phone numbers and consent data collected for our SMS program are used only to provide the services described in this policy and in connection with your relationship with Livdomo. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
