Domo Living / Livdomo (“we,” “us,” “our”) is the landlord/manager for Domo-managed communities. DwellX provides software tools only and is not the landlord or the party that decides how Domo Living uses your lease or messaging data.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, mobile phone number) on inquiry forms, SMS opt-in, or similar
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device/user-agent, and pages visited
• SMS consent records when you opt in (timestamp, mobile number, page URL, and related technical data needed to prove consent)

How we use information

• Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule tours
• Send SMS only if you affirmatively opt in on https://www.livdomo.com/sms-signup
• Operate, secure, and improve our websites and resident tools
• Comply with law and carrier messaging rules

Text messaging (SMS)

Text messaging is optional. We do not require SMS consent to apply for a unit, sign a lease, pay rent, or use our website or app. Opt-in is available only through the standalone process at https://www.livdomo.com/sms-signup and is described in our SMS Policy.

SMS data we collect and use: When you subscribe, we collect your mobile number and consent record (including when and where you opted in). We use that data to send the program messages you enrolled in (leasing follow-ups, application status updates, appointment/tour reminders, and resident notices) and to honor HELP/STOP requests and keep proof of consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We may share personal information with service providers under contract who help us operate (for example hosting, messaging delivery such as our SMS vendor, analytics, or support tools), or when required by law. Those providers may process data only to perform services for us.

We do not sell your personal information.
